How To Build With Us
Step 1 - Questionnaire
Fill out our short discovery questionnaire below. This starts you on the journey of planning for your new custom built home in Oklahoma City or Edmond.
Step 2 - Get Pre-Qualified
Connect with a local lender in the Oklahoma City area to get pre-qualified. Don't know any? We are happy to help! As a custom home builder we have a list of lenders we partner with. Contact us today!
Step 3 - Meet with Us!
We will go over the discovery questionnaire and dive a little deeper to capture your vision for your custom home!
Step 4 - Proposal, Design, & Budgeting
Now that we've had a chance to discuss your dream home, we draw up a proposal for you to review and submit our Design and Budget retainer agreement for you to execute. This locks you into a construction slot and we get to work on obtaining bids and building a realistic construction budget based on your specifications.
Step 5 - Construction Contract
Once we have your design, specifications, and budget it's time to execute the construction contract and close the construction loan.
Step 6 - Begin Construction
Finally we can break ground and begin the process of building your beautiful new home!
